I would like to sign my child up for the following classes and electives:

9th through 12th grades
 Advanced Latin all four days (successful completion will net 1 Foreign Language credit)
 Advanced Latin, Tuesday and Wednesday and Music, Thursday and Friday
(successful completion will net ½ Foreign Language credit and ½ Elective credit)
 Music only Thursday and Friday
(successful completion will net ½ Elective credit)
 Neither class
